SHIPPING POLICY — RiddimRoom

Apparel (made to order)
Every RiddimRoom apparel item is printed to order by our print partners. Production typically takes a few business days, then your order ships with tracking sent to your email. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Because items are made to order, please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Digital products
Digital products are delivered by email after checkout and are final sale. If a file is missing, corrupted, or will not open, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or send a new download.

Creative services
Animation, commercial, and DJ drop services are custom work, produced to order. Delivery times are stated on each package — most deliver same-day or within 24 hours — and finished files are delivered digitally.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email riddimroom.com@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
