Apparel (made to order)

Every RiddimRoom apparel item is printed to order by our print partners. Production typically takes a few business days, then your order ships with tracking sent to your email. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method at checkout.

Because items are made to order, please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email riddimroom.com@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered by email and are final sale. If a file is missing, corrupted or will not open, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or send a new download.

Creative services

Animation, commercial and DJ drop services are custom work and are generally non-refundable once production starts. See our Refund Policy for details.
